Housing Litigation Solicitor – Milton Keynes

About the role

Duncan Lewis Solicitors is seeking two experienced Housing Litigation Solicitors to join its Milton Keynes office. You will work within a nationally recognised Housing team, handling a diverse range of public and private housing matters for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of housing disputes, including homelessness applications, disrepair claims, eviction and possession proceedings, and property ownership disputes.
• Provide specialist advice and advocacy in court, including higher courts and judicial review matters.
• Take client instructions, prepare case files, and maintain accurate time‑costing records.
• Collaborate with the Department Director and support junior team members when required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a solid background in housing law.
• Experience handling both legal‑aid and privately funded cases.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
