About the role

The Housing Officer will join a dedicated team in Essex, overseeing the delivery of housing services and ensuring compliance with policy standards. This permanent position offers the opportunity to lead a frontline housing team and make a tangible impact on the community.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a frontline housing team.
Manage tenancy, lettings, voids and income collection.
Oversee anti‑social behaviour cases, complaints and estate management.
Manage responsive repairs and contractor performance.
Monitor KPIs, budgets and service standards.
Carry out estate inspections and drive service improvements.
Ensure housing policies remain compliant and up to date.

Required profile

Full UK driving licence.
