About the role
We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a leading social housing provider in Wiltshire. The role combines remote work with regular on‑site visits to manage tenancy and estate matters, ensuring a responsive service for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Manage tenancies, including lettings, voids, and renewals.
- Oversee neighbourhood and estate management activities.
- Handle anti‑social behaviour (ASB) issues and resolve disputes.
- Engage with residents to promote community cohesion.
- Safeguard vulnerable tenants and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
- Conduct on‑site visits 2–3 days per week while primarily working from home.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the social housing sector.
- Background as a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Manager, Neighbourhood Coach, or Tenancy Management Officer.
- Strong understanding of tenancy management, ASB handling, and resident engagement.

What we offer
- Permanent contract with a salary of £39,715 per annum.
- Hybrid work model – remote base with occasional field visits.
- Full‑time schedule of 37 hours per week.
