About the role
We are partnering with a reputable housing organisation in Surrey to recruit a dedicated Housing Officer on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role involves managing a mixed‑tenure portfolio and supporting residents across the community.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update rent accounts, monitor arrears and take appropriate action.
- Handle anti‑social behaviour (ASB) cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in resident engagement events and community activities.
- Provide tenancy management support for a mixed‑tenure patch, including allocation and transfers.
Required profile
- Recent, relevant experience managing a mixed‑tenure housing patch.
- Previous work within a housing association or local authority.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £38,480 and £44,720 per year.
- 35‑hour work week, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm.
- Permanent contract with opportunities for professional development.
