Housing Regulatory Analyst

About the role

Hyde is seeking a Housing Regulatory Analyst to join its London team. The role will serve as the subject‑matter expert for regulatory reporting, ensuring that all returns and data submissions meet current and future requirements. You will work in a collaborative environment that values wellbeing and continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of selected regulatory returns, managing requirements, risks, evidence and deadlines.
• Produce, review and oversee accurate and timely regulatory reports and information requests.
• Analyse, reconcile and challenge data to guarantee consistency and fitness for submission.
• Translate reporting requirements into clear processes, controls, technical specifications and reporting designs.
• Engage with Finance, Data, Governance, Technology and Operations stakeholders to clarify responsibilities and drive decisions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in social housing regulation, regulatory reporting or a closely related data‑submission environment.
• Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of reconciling complex data sets.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for enhancing reporting quality, controls and governance.
• Confidence in influencing stakeholders and communicating reporting expectations clearly.
