Housing Services Assistant – Aldershot

About the role

The Housing Services Assistant will join the Wellesley site team, supporting day‑to‑day operations for a growing affordable‑housing portfolio. Working Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑17:30, you will be the first point of contact for residents and help ensure smooth tenancy processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident enquiries, log repairs and concerns, and escalate where necessary.
• Assist with resident engagement activities, on‑site events and meetings.
• Support tenancy processes including property viewings, sign‑ups, inspections and move‑ins.
• Coordinate contractors, follow up on outstanding works and carry out site inspections.
• Maintain accurate records in tenancy and resident management systems.
• Help with compliance tasks and raise any safeguarding or safety issues.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional approach.
• Resilient, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
