Housing & Support Officer

About the role

As a Housing & Support Officer you will act as a keyworker for vulnerable clients, helping them live as independently as possible while ensuring their safety. The role combines daily client support with housing management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop non‑judgmental professional relationships with clients.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes.
• Carry out housing management activities as required.
• Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records using computer systems.

Required profile

• Experience working with vulnerable people or transferable skills (training provided).
• Full, valid driving licence and access to your own car for business use.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
