HQ HR Intern

About the role

The HQ HR Intern will support the Digital & Integration HQ HR Manager by providing first‑line assistance to employees and managers across the division. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and data‑driven HR activities, offering exposure to global HR processes within a technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and reporting on local and international employee transfers.
• Track and follow up on letters of assignment, promotions, and other people‑movement documentation.
• Support HR initiatives such as hiring, onboarding, relocation, performance appraisals, and promotions.
• Contribute to headcount reviews, ensuring employees are correctly mapped to SAP job codes, financial teams, and reporting lines.
• Monitor headcount governance and recruiting progress.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth process implementation.
• Help implement new HR initiatives and stay updated on D&I and company‑wide HR programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or currently studying toward such a degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
