HR Administrator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role
Reckitt is seeking an HR Administrator on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support its HR Business Partners in Hull. You will act as the first point of contact for employee relations cases, vendor management, policy guidance and a variety of HR projects, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Advisors to contribute to business goals, local projects and HR programmes.
- Assist with employee‑relations cases, answer queries and resolve issues.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery of HR casework and project initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of casework and correspondence.
- Guide employees and managers through self‑service transactions and the HR portal.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes.
Required profile
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law and regulations.
- Proven ability to execute tasks with excellence, solve problems and communicate clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaborative working.
