HR Advice Partner – Facilities Services

About the role

The HR Advice Partner will support HR activities across London and the South while being based in Leeds. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with the HR Business Partner for Facilities Services and two other Advice Partners to deliver a high‑quality, compliant HR service aligned with the People strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and senior leaders to provide HR advice and support.
• Coach managers on people‑management responsibilities, performance, succession and talent development.
• Lead and support TUPE transfers in and out of the business.
• Manage complex employee‑relations cases, including investigations, hearings and line‑manager coaching.
• Analyse and provide accurate people data to inform recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation; conduct audits and challenge where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR service provision and add value.
• Support induction processes, training needs analysis and liaison with L&D.
• Contribute to wellbeing, inclusion and engagement initiatives, including pulse‑survey action plans.
• Work with reward and recognition teams to keep salaries and benefits market‑competitive.

Required profile

• Proven HR generalist experience in a multi‑site environment, with a strong focus on employee relations, TUPE and business change.
• Experience in a fast‑paced setting such as facilities management or a similar sector.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence stakeholders.
