HR Advisor (12-month Fixed-Term)

About the role

Lotus UK Manufacturing is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support its flagship manufacturing site in Hethel. This 12‑month fixed‑term position works within a dynamic HR team, offering hybrid flexibility while providing first‑line advice on employee relations, performance management and HR analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of employee relations, including investigations, hearings and manager guidance.
• Analyse HR data, identify trends and report key insights to HR Business Partners.
• Update HR policies and templates in line with employment law changes.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure bi‑annual and annual performance reviews are completed and manage performance improvement plans.
• Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees.

Required profile

• Proven experience at HR Advisor level.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to manage a high volume of work.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Innovative, creative ‘can‑do’ attitude.

Required skills

• Desirable: CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification.
