HR Advisor – Fixed Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an HR Advisor to join a fast‑paced, global business operating from Heathrow. In this fixed‑term position you will deliver a broad range of HR services, from employee‑relations advice to succession planning and organisational design, while contributing to key people projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in shaping and implementing people strategies.
• Act as an advisor on operational HR issues for employees and managers.
• Facilitate employee‑relations meetings, taking notes and providing guidance.
• Equip managers with tools to optimise performance and intervene where needed.
• Analyse people data to spot trends and recommend actions.
• Deliver engagement initiatives, including employee forums.
• Drive delivery of department and corporate‑wide people projects.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and help update policies.
• Assist with the bi‑annual performance, pay and bonus processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of generalist HR experience at an advisory level.
• Extensive exposure to employee‑relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and GDPR.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and accountable with a drive for continuous development.
• Ideally holding CIPD Level 5 qualification.
