HR Advisor / Generalist

About the role

This is a hands‑on HR Advisor/Generalist position within a small but busy team at Trusted Technology Partnership. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support managers and employees across all HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employment relations casework and provide advice to managers.
• Lead recruitment processes, from advert to offer.
• Support absence management and return‑to‑work procedures.
• Update policies, procedures and contractual documentation.
• Deliver training and development initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
• Proven experience handling casework and employee relations.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality.
• Clear standard DBS check required.
