HR Advisor / Generalist (Manufacturing & Engineering)

About the role

Support all UK employees throughout the employee life‑cycle, providing guidance on recruitment, retention, performance evaluation and employee relations. Act as the first point of contact for managers and staff on any ER issues and deliver training and coaching on HR policies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality advice on recruitment, retention and performance management.
• Maintain employee relations and act as the primary ER contact for managers and staff.
• Lead training and coaching sessions on HR policies, processes and compliance.
• Provide advice and coaching aligned with company values and culture across the UK.

Required profile

• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to tackle new challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of GDPR and data‑management practices.
• Experience with a variety of HR software systems.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
