HR Advisor – Health & Social Care

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join Glenholme Specialist Healthcare in the Eton/Windsor area. Reporting to the Head of People, you will provide practical, customer‑focused HR support across our network of services, helping to maintain a positive workplace culture and high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, flexible working and wellbeing.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, attend formal meetings, hearings and investigations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and produce reports on absence, turnover and workforce metrics.
• Support organisational change initiatives, restructures and consultations.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and healthcare regulations, and promote equality, diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or generalist handling employee relations independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in a regulated or fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and sound judgement.
