HR Advisor – HR Officer (Full‑time)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support a leading client in Leeds. The role involves delivering compliant, people‑focused HR services across multiple sites, managing a large team and contributing to key projects.
Key responsibilities
- Build proactive relationships with managers, providing guidance and coaching across all HR areas.
- Manage employee relations, HR policies, procedures and engagement initiatives.
- Lead HR projects including talent management, succession planning, recruitment and learning & development.
- Oversee absence, sickness and staff attendance management.
Required profile
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years’ hands‑on experience in a decision‑making HR role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience handling employee relations and resolving challenging situations.
- Strong coaching, leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
