HR Advisor – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are looking for a People Advisor to join a leading luxury tour operator in London. Working across three offices, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing expert HR guidance and ensuring smooth operation of HR processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted first point of contact for employee‑relations queries, including probation, performance, conduct and family leave.
• Coach managers throughout the employee lifecycle and manage absence and long‑term sickness cases.
• Interpret UK employment legislation and support the development of policies, procedures and contracts.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and support performance and engagement cycles.
• Administer benefits such as private medical insurance and salary‑sacrifice schemes.
• Facilitate DEI surveys and help create targeted engagement action plans.
• Support senior and specialist hiring, from job descriptions to candidate experience.
• Contribute to people strategy, L&D rollout and broader organisational effectiveness initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR generalist or People Advisor role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling employee‑relations matters.
• Ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice while keeping the employee experience central.
