About the role
The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Partner, Safer Recruitment Coordinator and the wider HR team to deliver a proactive, high‑quality HR service to Dukes Aldridge Academy and other Trust academies in London. This permanent position supports the full employee lifecycle and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the Trust.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advisory and administrative support to Dukes Aldridge Academy and other Trust academies as required.
- Support the full employee cycle, including onboarding, probation, absence management and employee relations.
- Assist the HR Partner and Chief People Officer with HR project administration.
- Administer the annual appraisal cycle, collect and record appraisals and training needs.
- Process leavers, arrange exit interviews and ensure timely notification to Payroll, IT and other stakeholders.
- Maintain electronic and paper‑based personnel files and ensure timely filing/archiving.
