About the role
We are seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team. In this varied generalist position you will support managers and employees across the business, driving employee experience and delivering key HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Advise managers on employee‑relations matters and manage cases including absence, performance, conduct and grievances.
- Support organisational change and day‑to‑day HR processes.
- Coordinate headcount changes, reporting, org‑charts and Workday activities.
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Finance teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee‑relations practice.
- Proficiency with Workday HR system.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
