HR Advisor – Permanent, up to £45k + benefits

About the role

Are you an experienced HR Advisor ready to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, innovative environment? We are looking for a proactive HR professional to join our client’s growing team and deliver a high‑quality, people‑focused service to their global and UK‑based employee population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a proactive, solutions‑focused HR service, empowering managers to confidently lead their teams.
• Manage employee relations cases involving performance, discipline, and grievance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all HR matters.
• Lead or collaboratively support HR and learning & development projects.
• Build relationships with external organisations to strengthen employer brand visibility.

Required profile

• CIPD qualification (ideally).
• Extensive generalist HR experience, ideally within a global fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Comfortable analysing HR data and dashboards to inform decisions.
• High energy, motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment.
• Highly collaborative team player.
