HR Advisor – Salisbury (IR35)

About the role

This is a varied HR role supporting the delivery of an efficient and responsive people service across the organisation. You will manage day‑to‑day HR enquiries, support recruitment activity and work closely with stakeholders while ensuring employee information is handled accurately and confidentially.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a range of transactional HR enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Handle sensitive employee information in accordance with GDPR and internal data‑protection requirements.
• Provide guidance on pension arrangements and apply relevant scheme rules.
• Support hiring managers throughout recruitment processes.
• Collate and analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate HR‑related activities and projects, maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a transactional HR environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies, processes and GDPR requirements.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with excellent stakeholder management.
