HR Advisor (Temporary) – Redhill

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy HR team in Redhill on a temporary basis. The role will involve providing practical HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, helping managers and staff navigate everyday HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of issues.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration and employee exits.
• Manage employee relations cases such as absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation.
• Assist with probation reviews, attendance management and occasional recruitment drives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication, organisational and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload independently.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Familiarity with HR processes and employee relations.
