HR Assistant – 12‑month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid) in London

About the role
The HR Assistant provides efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. Working closely with the HR team, this hybrid role combines on‑site and occasional home‑based work to support the studio’s HR needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including contract extensions, probationary letters, employment references, and changes to terms and conditions.
- Enter and maintain up‑to‑date employee information in the HRIS, aligning data with hiring, role changes, and exits.
- Keep HR systems and spreadsheet trackers current, liaising with Global HR Operations for SAP starters and leavers reports.
Required profile
- CIPD qualification or a clear intention to work towards it.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage demanding workloads and adapt to shifting priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms).
- Experience using a Mac operating system.
- Familiarity with HR databases such as SAP and Workday.
