HR Assistant – Fixed-Term (12 months)

About the role

The HR Assistant will provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. Working closely with the HR team, you will handle onboarding, off‑boarding and routine HR correspondence in a detail‑oriented environment. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing contract extensions, probation letters, employment references and changes to terms and conditions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee information in HRIS, aligning data with hires, role changes and departures.
• Keep HR systems and spreadsheet trackers current, liaising with Global HR Operations for SAP reports, starters and leavers.

Required profile

• CIPD qualification or a strong interest in pursuing one.
• Excellent administration and organisational abilities, especially under high workload.
• High accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Google products such as Gmail, Calendar, Sheets and Forms.
• Familiarity with Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of HR databases, preferably SAP and Workday.
