HR Assistant – Systems (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Assistant with a strong interest in HR systems, data and continuous improvement to join our Global HR Systems team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the day‑to‑day operation and administration of HR systems, working closely with the HRIS team, IT, vendors and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR systems queries and provide timely support to users.
• Collaborate with the HRIS team, vendors and internal IT to resolve system‑related issues.
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy and security of HR data, ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Analyse HR data and produce management information reports to aid business decision‑making.
• Identify trends, generate insights and recommend improvements to HR processes and reporting.
• Manage the HR systems administration mailbox, responding accurately and efficiently to enquiries.
• Support continuous improvement of HR systems, reporting processes and data collection practices.
• Assist with HR systems administration and data maintenance throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR administration, HR systems or HR support role.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as iTrent or Workday.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and analytical mindset.
