HR Business Partner – Bury

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our multi‑site UK operations in Bury. This hands‑on role will drive integration of newly acquired business units, enhance employee engagement, and embed HR best practice across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Lead employee‑relations matters with a balanced, pragmatic approach.
• Support integration activities across newly acquired units.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition.
• Oversee HR administration, payroll coordination and data reporting.
• Drive talent‑development initiatives, including succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
• Build dashboards and provide insights to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑site or evolving environments.
• Confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Data‑driven with solid reporting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a multinational setting is advantageous.
