HR Business Partner – Children (Hybrid)

About the role

The HR Business Partner will lead the delivery and development of HR services across all directorates, with a dedicated focus on the Children’s Division. Working on a hybrid basis from Harrow, you will provide strategic HR partnership, manage complex casework and drive change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures for the Children’s Division.
• Provide strategic advice and support to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management and employee relations.
• Manage complex employee casework, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
• Drive change management projects and support organisational transformation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HR legislation, policy changes and industry trends.
• Line‑manage assigned HR staff and oversee day‑to‑day service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR practitioner.
• Strong understanding of HR legislation, policy development and change management.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
