HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders and drive business performance through people. Reporting to the EMEA HR Manager, you will collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people strategies that support growth, inclusion and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement and change initiatives.
• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities, productivity goals and succession planning.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development to build a strong future pipeline.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning and development programmes to improve performance.
• Drive employee engagement actions, monitor retention and promote a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and industry standards.
• Support recruitment for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles in partnership with talent acquisition.
• Conduct employee‑relations investigations and work with Health & Safety to foster a safe, well‑being focused workplace.

Required profile

• Commercially minded HR professional with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience influencing decision‑making across talent, organisational design and performance optimisation.
• Excellent judgment, confidentiality and a proactive, consultative approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP (preferred).
