HR Business Partner

About the role

As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with senior leaders to shape culture, drive organisational performance and translate strategic people plans into tangible results. Based in Stevenage with a hybrid working model, you will influence organisational design, workforce planning and employee experience across the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, reward and development.
• Lead core elements of the annual people cycle, including performance management, succession planning, talent development and pay reviews.
• Analyse people data and metrics to provide insight for strategic business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on UK employment law, employee relations, policies and organisational risk.
• Support strategic people projects and act as deputy to the People Director when required.

Required profile

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or Chartered CIPD status.
• Proven experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and delivery of organisation‑wide people initiatives.
• Experience using people data and insight to support strategic decision‑making.
• Ability to lead organisational change, workforce planning and manage complex employee relations matters.
