HR Business Partner

About the role

Diligenta is seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Consultant ready to step into a Business Partnering role. You will join a small, dynamic team to shape and deliver the people agenda, supporting leaders and employees across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategic and operational HR solutions aligned with Diligenta’s People Proposition.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, policies, procedures and employment law.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and performance management initiatives.
• Drive positive employee experiences and contribute to organisational performance.
• Collaborate with support functions to ensure consistent HR delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Consultant.
• Demonstrated ability to move into an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
