HR Business Partner Manager – UK & Eastern Europe

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to join our London team and support our UK and Eastern Europe operations. You will act as the strategic link between business units and the HR function, ensuring people strategies drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to assigned business areas, acting as the primary liaison with the HR department.
• Develop and implement solutions that align each business area with the overall company strategy.
• Guide managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and resolve labour queries.
• Advise on organisational structures, lateral moves, promotions, and succession planning.
• Identify team conflicts, offer guidance, and facilitate resolution.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies and participate in final interview stages to ensure cultural fit.
• Manage administrative HR processes such as promotions, terminations, retirements, leave, and communications on policies and programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Business Partner in the UK market.
• University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or a related field (desirable).
• Fluent English; Spanish desired; French highly valued.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
