HR Business Partner – People Experience & Technology

About the role

The HR Business Partner joins Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team to drive operational excellence and organizational health across one or more sites in the UK. Based onsite at a warehouse in Swansea, Bristol or Swindon, you will partner directly with field leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable employee‑experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate two‑way communication through Voice of the Associate, roundtables and GEMBA walks.
• Design, budget and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Maintain a visible floor presence, conduct site walks and ensure compliance with Amazon safety and facility standards.
• Analyze data trends to predict challenges, drive proactive solutions and promote HR technology adoption.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development and employee relations.
• Lead community initiatives and collaborate with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
