HR Business Partner – UK Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our multi‑site UK operations within a fast‑growing hardware and security solutions business. The role will be based on‑site in Bury and will focus on integration, employee engagement and delivering HR best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to align business objectives and HR strategy.
• Lead employee‑relations matters with a balanced, pragmatic approach.
• Support integration activities across newly acquired business units.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Oversee HR administration, payroll coordination and data reporting.
• Build dashboards and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Drive talent development initiatives, including succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
• Harmonise contracts and benefits across the wider organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑site or evolving environment.
• Confident influencing of stakeholders at all levels.
• Data‑driven with solid reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience in a multinational environment is advantageous.
