HR Consultant – Senior Employee Relations Advisor

About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our growing team in Medway. This hands‑on role involves building strong relationships and delivering practical HR support across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of employee‑relations matters.
- Support managers throughout the full employee lifecycle.
- Advise on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Required profile
- Strong Senior HR Advisor or HR Consultant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of employee‑relations practices.
- Confidence advising managers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously in a hands‑on HR role.
Required skills

- Circa £50,000 salary.
- Flexible working hours.
- Option to join on a permanent or fixed‑term contract.
