HR Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to join our busy HR Operations team within the People Experience function. The role provides high‑quality administrative, operational and project support across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering clear and timely guidance on policies, procedures and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support employees with benefits enrolment, changes and general enquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding, contractual documentation, system access, induction and off‑boarding processes.
• Produce standard HR reports and metrics to aid decision‑making and operational delivery.
• Collaborate with People Experience colleagues and stakeholder teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
• Maintain and update HR guidance and knowledge resources.
• Assist with HR projects and the delivery of annual cyclical activities.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role within a busy HR Operations environment.
• CIPD qualified, working towards CIPD qualification, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, sound judgement and initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer‑service mindset with a genuine desire to enhance employee experience.
