HR Coordinator – Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle

About the role

Northbrook College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment and the employee lifecycle across the Group. This full‑time, permanent position offers a competitive salary and the chance to develop within a collaborative HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to ensure effective recruitment and selection of staff.
• Provide advice on recruitment processes and respond to general HR queries.
• Deliver a customer‑focused service to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience working in a Human Resources department or recruitment team.
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
• Recent experience preparing employment contracts and using HR databases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR databases.
