HR Employee Engagement Intern (Graduate)

About the role

Join the UK & Ireland HR team at TCS as a Graduate Employee Engagement Intern based in Edinburgh. You will support the Talent Engagement function, helping to design and deliver wellbeing and engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Employee Wellbeing and Engagement Calendar.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, communicate, and organise engagement events.
• Work with Corporate Communications to manage event communications and calendar updates.
• Partner with the Talent Engagement and HR teams to roll out engagement programmes.
• Lead a network of employee volunteers to execute initiatives across diverse employee groups.
• Produce and maintain reports at geographic and corporate levels.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, Data Privacy and GDPR requirements.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent marketing and communications aptitude.
• Interest or experience in event planning and budget management.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in HR.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
