HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will join an award‑winning, tailor‑made tour operator in South West London on a part‑time basis (three full days per week). Working closely with the Senior People Manager, you will help shape a positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of people policies, procedures and best‑practice HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance, absence and leave trends, and ensure data‑protection compliance.
• Provide administrative assistance for recruitment, contracts, pre‑employment checks and onboarding.
• Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment, from workforce planning to welcoming new hires.
• Help identify learning and development needs and support training and talent development initiatives.
• Contribute to performance management processes and help employees understand expectations.
• Deliver wellbeing and engagement initiatives, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
