HR Executive – Part‑Time (24 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team on a part‑time basis (24 hours per week). You will support people processes, employee engagement and recruitment while working closely with the Senior People Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop company people policies, procedures and processes.
• Monitor absence, sickness and annual leave, flag trends and support follow‑up.
• Provide administrative support for employee‑relations processes and lifecycle milestones.
• Keep team records and people systems compliant with GDPR.
• Support wellbeing initiatives and measure employee engagement.
• Assist with training needs, develop and deliver practical training plans.
• Support recruitment activities from campaign planning to onboarding.
• Help with performance management and talent development conversations.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in people, workplace culture and employee thriving.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to see tasks through to completion.
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Discreet, trustworthy and aware of confidentiality requirements.
• Emotional intelligence, good judgement and a calm, thoughtful approach.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn about HR processes.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £27,000‑£32,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Flexible 24‑hour week, able to work across three full days or spread over more days.
• Hybrid work model – choose between office (South West London) and home for the remaining time.
