HR Generalist – Hybrid Role Supporting Multi‑Site Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team on a hybrid basis, supporting our multi‑site manufacturing, sales and service operations across the UK and Nordic regions. Working closely with the UK HR Manager, you will help maintain HR policies, provide administrative support and drive projects such as policy development and GDPR compliance. The role offers training towards CIPD Level 5 or Level 7.

Key responsibilities

• Review, update and maintain the UK HR policy and procedure framework in line with legislation and best practice.
• Develop and maintain manager guidance and tool‑kits to ensure consistent people management.
• Ensure HR templates, letters and processes are accurate, consistent and legally compliant.
• Implement and manage GDPR‑compliant processes for HR documentation collection, storage and deletion.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the UK HR function.
• Support the development of new policies, processes and training programmes across a multi‑site environment.

Required profile

• Experience supporting HR functions in a multi‑site, manufacturing or service environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with managers across several locations.
• Motivation to achieve CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and GDPR requirements.
