HR Generalist (Part‑Time) – West London

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join a growing media company in West London on a part‑time basis (2‑3 days per week). Working closely with the COO, you will own the full employee lifecycle and help shape a positive, collaborative culture in a creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for production and corporate teams, including job description creation, advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks, right‑to‑work documentation, and prepare contracts and offer letters.
• Support performance review processes and identify development and succession planning opportunities.
• Drive HR projects, organisational change initiatives and policy development.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion across the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar, preferably in a small‑headcount organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations cases independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
