HR Generalist - Sports Technology

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our fast‑growing sports technology company in London. Working three days a week from our West End office, you will partner with managers and employees across the business and help shape the people strategy as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees.
• Own the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance management, development and off‑boarding.
• Support recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers and external agencies.
• Manage employee‑relations issues with confidence and care.
• Review, update and ensure compliance of HR policies with UK employment law.
• Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives as the organisation grows.
• Contribute to HRIS management and people‑data reporting.
• Assist with compensation and benefits reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a fast‑moving, scaling environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to work with engineers to the C‑suite.
• Commercially‑minded approach, viewing HR as a growth enabler.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and handling people data.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) desirable.
• Passion for sport is a plus.
