HR Implementation Analyst (Remote, Inside IR35)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Implementation Analyst to join a critical HR systems implementation project on a remote basis. The role is inside IR35 and focuses on delivering the Cezanne HR platform, working closely with HR, IT, project stakeholders and third‑party suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the configuration and rollout of the Cezanne HR system.
• Analyse, validate and migrate HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with technical teams on API integrations between Cezanne HR and other business applications.
• Develop, execute and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test script creation and documentation.
• Coordinate issue resolution during testing and implementation phases.
• Assist with penetration testing and security validation activities.
• Work with HR, IT and external implementation partners to meet project milestones.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to accelerate delivery.
• Provide post‑go‑live guidance, training and support as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Implementation Analyst, HR Systems Analyst or HR Systems Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting HR systems.
