HR Internship – 12.5 month placement

About the role

Join Airbus' Broughton Plant as an HR Intern for a 12.5‑month placement. You will support the HR Business Partner team, contribute to people initiatives and gain hands‑on experience across the HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Sickness absence management and related reporting.
• Communication and employee engagement activities.
• Support recruitment, talent and succession planning processes.
• Participate in projects that develop future skills and talent for the plant.
• Assist with daily HR tasks, including inclusion, diversity and data analysis.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate (full‑time) for the entire placement period.
• Studying HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical ability – interpret and analyse data.
• Excellent communication, listening and teamwork skills.
• Ability to organise multiple tasks under strict deadlines and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

• Salary of £24,246 per year.
