HR Manager – Fixed-Term (12 months)

About the role

As the Site HR Manager at Müller Milk & Ingredients, you will lead the people agenda for a fast‑paced manufacturing site. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, partner with trade unions and support managers to create a thriving workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, development and exit processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders.
• Coach and advise managers on HR policies, people matters and best practice.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site.
• Use HR data and insights to influence decisions and improve performance.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and succession activities.
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR generalist activities and solid knowledge of HR legislation.
• Confidence delivering training and coaching to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and act on HR data.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
