HR Manager

About the role

Join a specialist HR management organisation near Heathrow and help a diverse client base shape their people strategies. As an HR Manager you will advise companies on HR policies, employment law and workforce planning, delivering cost‑effective solutions that support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with employment law and ensure client compliance.
• Draft bespoke employment documents such as contracts, handbooks and policies.
• Advise clients on employee relations, performance rewards, benefits, disciplinary, grievance and restructuring matters.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes across the UK.
• Support HR projects by coordinating activities, monitoring progress and providing management information.
• Coach and develop client management teams and employees.
• Lead implementation of performance management procedures and oversee the full recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of HR experience, preferably within SME environments.
• CIPD qualified (full or part).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proven ability to work with senior managers and key stakeholders.
• Stable work history and a valid driver’s licence for client visits.
