HR Manager

About the role

As the HR Manager at Hayley Dexis you will join a growing team and take ownership of the people experience across the business. Reporting to the UK HR Director, you will lead key HR activities, oversee day‑to‑day operations and act as the go‑to expert on HR processes, systems and employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑management processes, act as subject‑matter expert and drive continuous‑feedback culture.
• Implement and optimise the new performance‑management system.
• Oversee daily HR operations, manage HR projects and improve service quality.
• Ensure all HR practices fully comply with UK employment legislation.
• Provide guidance on complex employee‑relations cases.
• Manage a small team of direct reports and contribute to the development of the wider HR function.

Required profile

• Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
• Proven HR management experience with strong ER case‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• People‑first mindset with a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
