HR Manager – Lead Team & Drive People Strategy

About the role

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its award‑winning team near Brentwood. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a small, high‑performing HR team and partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy that fuels business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the HR team to deliver excellent service.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement people strategies that support expansion.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including organisational change, restructures and consultations.
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with current UK employment legislation.
• Support recruitment, talent management, workforce planning and the rewards & benefits framework.
• Use HR data and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations and organisational change.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading HR teams.
• Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.
