HR Operations Intern – London

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to join Crédit Agricole CIB’s HR Operations team in London. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through off‑boarding, and involvement in payroll and process‑improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding activities, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions.
• Support payroll processing and related data entry tasks.
• Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and project work.
• Maintain HR records and databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme (or equivalent).
• Some exposure to HR administration is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach to work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
