HR Operations Specialist (Part-Time 60-80%, 6 Months)

About the role

Mirabaud, a family-owned bank with over 700 employees in 8 countries, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist for its Wealth Management business line in London. This is a fixed-term contract of 6 months, working part-time at 60-80%.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR operations, including processes for new joiners, transfers and leavers
• Maintain and manage employee records and files
• Manage the UK benefits
• Take an active part in HR project implementations
• Help update HR policies, procedures and guidelines covering the employee life cycle
• Manage payroll for the UK and act as backup for other European entities
• Manage HR compliance activities

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in financial services
• Degree in HR, payroll or benefits
• Very good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal English; bilingual French and English preferred
• Reliable, autonomous, discreet and a team player

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organisational skills
